William Winters is a senior vice president and managing director for Tompkins Financial Advisors. As a business development market leader, Bill is responsible for relationship management and operational activities for financial advisory business in the Hudson Valley NY and the state of Florida. This includes growing assets under management, building the fiduciary team and executing the firm’s strategic wealth management initiatives.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Bill joined Tompkins in 2001. Previously, he was a vice president, senior relationship manager in private banking wealth management at several regional banks, where he managed assets for high net worth individuals, business owners and not-for-profit institutions. He specialized in investment portfolio construction, trust and estate administration and retirement plan solutions.
Bill has annually been named a Five Star Wealth Manager by Westchester Magazine since 2015.
